FAQ 

If I place an automatic bid on an item, how does the process work?

Enter the maximum amount that you are willing to pay for a particular item. Our system will automatically increase your bid incrementally, up to your maximum, to keep you in the lead.

What happens when I win an auction?

If you are the highest bidder at the end of the auction, you will receive a Winning Bid email with a link to complete your purchase. 

What happens when I 'Buy-It-Now'?

When you purchase an item at it's buyout price you'll be prompted to check out on our site. Buyout lots cannot be combined.

Can I bid on multiple lots?

Yes! You can both bid and buy-it-now on multiple lots throughout the course of the auction. Please note if you win/buy-it-now multiple auctions they will be charged in separate transactions.

When will the product ship?

Please allow 7-10 business days for your items to ship. If you've won multiple lots, we'll do our best to ship them as efficiently as possible.

Why are prices not showing up?

Given the high volume of traffic on the site, occasional glitches are to be expected and are considered normal. Please refresh your page, and pricing should show up as normal for you.

Why was my lot listed twice in my checkout emails?

Our system automatically adds in the second line item. Please note that you will only receive what is listed on the original lot listing.

Why did I receive multiple emails?

Our system has automatic emails routed for purchases. You should receive a Winning Bid, Invoice and Order Confirmation Email after you have won a lot. If you've already checked out you're set! If you need to check out, you can do so through the link in your Winning Bid email.
